We affectionately call him our “little Matt Damon”! Aside from his engaging smile and clever wit, T has over 24 years of experience as a Chef and has worked his magic at some of the best restaurants in the Valley, including The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and the Wigwam Resort.

His unique blend of style and technique allows him great latitude with a broad range of ingredients and ethnic cuisine. His greatest joy is to cook for people and share his passion. T's food is inventive, thoughtful and delicious. He rocks it in the kitchen!
